SCARLETT JOHANSSON has taken over from DIANE KEATON and MIA FARROW as WOODY ALLEN's muse - as the smitten director simply can't stop talking about the buxom blonde. The LOST IN TRANSLATION star and Allen had so much fun on the set of 2005 movie MATCH POINT that the veteran movie maker set about quickly writing another film - new movie SCOOP - in which they could co-star. Allen says, "She's a total joy. It's like I hit the lottery or something." "There are certain people I've worked with over the years -- Diane Keaton was one -- who were just hit with the talent stick and had it all. And Scarlett has got it all. It's a treat to work with her. She leaves me for dead."

Johansson watches movies in disguise
Actress Scarlett Johansson has come up with a disguise to watch movies without being bothered by fans.
According to contactmusic.com, Johansson wears a hat, dark glasses and sometimes even a moustache when she wants to watch a movie at her favourite theatre.
She says: ‘I love seeing movies so I love this theatre in the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art). I come all the time. Nobody knows me. I come in the afternoon in dark glasses, a hat pulled low and a moustache.’

One Take Kiss With Scarlett Johansson
Most likely, some actors are always looking forward for the kiss scene and don't actually mind doing as many takes as they have to and finally get everything right. Well, no such thing for Hugh Jackman, who nailed the kiss scene with Scarlett Johansson in just one take. The actor's wife actually thanked director Woody Allen for shooting the scene like that.
Deborah-Lee Furness, who could be seen in X-Men, confessed to being very relieved that she didn't have to watch her husband smooching around over and over with the sexy blonde for the upcoming film 'Scoop'.
Maybe one of the reasons the 70 year old Woody Allen has things done so easily and just the way he wants them to is because he found his freedom that he lost in Hollywood, only now, he's working in Erope.
His new comedy "Scoop" is the second movie Allen was forced to make overseas after Hollywood studios imposed on the director their own perspective on how a movie should be made, something that Woody doesn't exactly appreciate or is used to. The story 'Scoop' tells is about a journalism student (Scarlett Johansson) who gets a tip from the ghost of a dead reporter (Ian McShane) that a wealthy playboy (Hugh Jackman) may be a serial killer. The story between the playboy and the student heats up and Hugh Jackman's wife reportedly walked up to Allen as soon as the steamy scene was shot and personally thanked him: "Thank you for making that kissing scene only one take. I owe you one."
JOHANSSON INJURED DURING LAP DANCE
SCARLETT JOHANSSON was mortified when she went to a strip club to celebrate her birthday on a whim, and received an aggressive lap dance. The LOST IN TRANSLATION star was celebrating her 21st birthday and her brother convinced her it would be fun to go to a strip club. She explains, "When I turned 20 I had a birthday at Disneyland, but this year my brother wanted to go to a strip club so we went there instead. "So we got there and somebody ordered me a lap dance. At first I was like, 'No, no, no and then I was like, 'OK, I will.' "I never know what to say. I sort of say things like 'Are you in school?' and 'Is Candy your real name?' I had a very strange experience. "I had this very tall girl, she was Amazonian. She was like this tall really, really skinny girl and quite manic and strange. "She was kind of gyrating into me. She was so thin her pelvic or hipbone or some kind of bone bruised me. "She was being all sexy and there's areas that bruise easily! It was horrible."
Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett Johansson was born in New York City. Her father, Karsten Johansson, was born in Denmark; her mother, Melanie Sloan, comes from a Bronx-bred Jewish American family. Johansson's maternal ancestors originally came from Poland. The granddaughter of screenwriter and director Ejner Johansson and the sister of actress Vanessa Johansson and twin sister to actor Hunter Johansson, and non-actor older half-brother Christian, she graduated from The Professional Children's School in Manhattan in 2002.
Career
Johansson's roles include Grace MacLean in The Horse Whisperer (which was credited as her film debut), Rebecca in Ghost World, Charlotte in Lost in Translation, Griet in Girl with a Pearl Earring, Francesca in The Perfect Score and Nola in Match Point. All of these performances garnered positive critical notice. She was nominated for two best actress awards at the Golden Globes in 2003, one for drama (Girl with a Pearl Earring) and one for comedy (Lost in Translation). She was also nominated for best actress for both of those films at the BAFTAs, and won best actress for Lost in Translation. Johansson is also the voice of Princess Mindy in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
Scarlett was invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in June 2004. Also in 2004, she starred in A Love Song for Bobby Long, a film that, despite being widely ignored by the movie-going public (grossing only $964,308 worldwide), earned Scarlett a third Golden Globe Award nomination.
Johansson was attached for a short time to the upcoming film Mission: Impossible III but did not join the cast, officially because of scheduling conflicts, although a falling out with Tom Cruise has been both widely reported and officially denied. She was replaced by Keri Russell. She was cast as Rebecca in ensemble independent film Thumbsucker, but dropped out before filming. She was replaced by Kelli Garner.
In July 2005, Johansson starred with Ewan McGregor in the Michael Bay-directed The Island. It was her debut as the female lead in a mainstream action film. She drew some attention when she mentioned that she'd wanted to film the sex scene in the film topless (she hadn't liked the bra the wardrobe department had given her) but director Michael Bay disapproved, wanting to turn in a PG-13 film. When the movie opened to weak reviews and an even weaker box office, the producers of the film accused Johansson of failing to connect with or attract a mainstream audience.
On August 19, 2005, Johansson, trailed in her car by four SUVs carrying paparazzi, tried to escape by driving into the Disneyland parking lot in Anaheim, California. Her Mercedes struck a car containing a woman and her two daughters; nobody was injured in the fender bender, which was photographed by the paparazzi.
Scarlett Johansson was featured in an advertisement campaign for the Calvin Klein perfume "Moment". She has also modeled for the French luxury brand Louis Vuitton and in January 2006 was signed to L'Oreal[2].
Her film Match Point, directed by Woody Allen, opened in December of 2005. Johansson received a Best Supporting Actress Golden Globe nomination for her performance, her fourth, though the award went to Rachel Weisz for her role in The Constant Gardener.
Johansson was featured nude on the cover of the February 2006 issue of Vanity Fair magazine, with Keira Knightley. In March of 2006, she topped FHM's poll of the sexiest women alive, and responded to the news by saying that she was flattered to be thought sexy.
